It’s the start of the new year and all we see are posts on social media on the new diets that will be tried, the best cleanse to start, or how you all joined a gym, that you’ll likely never go to. We never see the posts about – I’m going to go to bed earlier, or I’m really going to aim on getting regular 7-8 hours of sleep each night. We spend one third of our lives sleeping yet many of us take the need to sleep for granted, and in today’s 24/7 society we are becoming a chronically sleep deprived one.
