The evenings are getting lighter and that can only mean one thing. Spring Daylight Savings Time is just around the corner. Sunday, March 10th, clocks are turned forward 1 hour. I know, just when you have your baby on a great sleep schedule, right? Sleep Expert, Alanna McGinn, shares how the Spring Time change is the tough one as we are all losing an hour of sleep and this loss of sleep on an already sleep deprived society can have a negative effect on your health and well-being.
