Anxiety in School Aged in Children

Often our kids have trouble sleeping at night when fears and anxiety are playing a role. Today’s guest speaks joins Sleep Expert Alanna McGinn to discuss how to combat anxiety for our kids at bedtime.

Tania DaSilva is a Child, Youth and Family Therapist. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Additionally, she holds an Honours Advanced Child and Youth Care Diploma from Humber College, specializing in counselling, interventions, individual and family treatment and therapeutic activities. Tania’s passion for learning has led her to participate in countless workshops, trainings and certifications in a variety of modalities.
