Welcome to all our new followers! I wanted to re-i Welcome to all our new followers! I wanted to re-introduce myself and tell you about Good Night Sleep Site. My name in Alanna McGinn. I am a wife and mother of 3 (1+twins!) and started Good Night Sleep Site in 2007. Like many of you I was a first time parent who struggled with helping my daughter sleep better and decided to start researching infant sleep and mental health in order to find a solution that worked for our family. I then took it one step further and followed my passion of healthy sleep and sleep education and became certified and trained in sleep health. Throughout the years Good Night Sleep Site has grown into a global family sleep resource helping babies to adults sleep better. Since 2007, my amazing team has helped countless families overcome their sleep challenges. When you’re not visiting me here you can listen to my sleep and parenting podcast @thisgirllovessleeppod and watch me on TV sharing my sleep tips. I also serve on the faculty of the Family Sleep Institute, one of the few in depth and extensive sleep consulting training institutes and a leader in our industry, and where all @GNSleepSite consultants are certified.

This week I’ll be speaking with @catandnat on Tuesday in their teen community where we’ll be discussing ways to help our tweens and teens sleep better and Wednesday morning you can join me at 7:40 am on @yourmorning where I’ll be sharing why remote learning is causing sleep disturbances in our kids and how to help them. 

I truly cherish this community and am so thankful for your ongoing support. Our goal is to remain your top sleep resource and we’re getting ready for 2021!
