Helping Families Bring Back Bedtime
Jamie Contarini is a certified Family Sleep Institute Sleep Consultant with Good Night Sleep Site. After meeting Alanna at a local, Halton “mom’s group”, Jamie contacted her for support and guidance with her son’s sleep. Being a first time mom, she was unsure of when to cut back the night feeds and thought that her son was getting up at 5am because he was naturally an early riser.
After learning about her son’s sleep patterns and biological needs, and by making a few minor adjustments to their schedule, Jamie and her son started to sleep through the night and later in the mornings. She realized the benefit and value of having someone help customize a sleep plan and be along with her during the sleep training journey. She noticed that a lot of people had the same questions that she did, and she began to spread the word about her success.
Jamie realized that her interest in helping change some of her son’s sleep habits actually turned into a passion and she happily joined the Good Night team with her mission being to help families succeed as she did. Jamie has been helping families in Oakville, Burlington, Milton and around the world get better sleep.
When she is not working, Jamie enjoys family time with her husband, sons and golden retriever. Jamie loves photography and after her little man is in bed for the night, she enjoys reading a good book or watching old movies; Field of Dreams, Sleeping Beauty and Sleepless in Seattle.
