Nadya Tilluckdharry

Nadya Tilluckdharry is a Certified Sleep Consultant through the Family Sleep Institute and a trained Good Night Sleep Site Educator. Originally from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, she now calls Florida her home. She holds a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She has dedicated over 10 years in working with children, adolescents, and families on all matters of mental health, family functioning, and child development.

Nadya is the proud mother of a son who is going through his toddler years. As a first-time mother, she is very familiar with the struggles of sleep associations, naptime routines, growing with developmental milestones, and early morning waking. She remembers turning to the internet, social, media, and books to address their difficulties, but it was the guidance of a Sleep Consultant that provided her family with consistent, individualized strategies that improved her son’s sleep, and in turn, the family’s sleep. Nadya has been hooked on learning everything there is to know about pediatric sleep ever since.

As a Good Night Sleep Educator, Nadya is dedicated to helping families avoid the struggles that she went through as a parent and guiding families towards better sleep.
