Hi! I am Annastasia Hermle from Sacramento, CA. I have personally lived in many of the neighborhoods in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area. As a child I lived in East Sacramento near Rancho Cordova. Later, while getting my degree from Sacramento State University (CSUS) I lived in the Natomas area and worked as an administrator for the West Sacramento school district. During that time, my husband worked as a math teacher for Pioneer High School in the Woodland, CA and eventually we bought our first home there and started our family.
Since living in Woodland and opening my child sleep consulting practice, my business has grown and I love doing events in many of the surrounding cities near Sacramento. I enjoyed collaborating with the Davis Babywearers group, also located in Yolo County who hold outdoor tutorial meetups in the park during the Davis Farmer’s Market in Davis, CA. I have had the privilege of speaking to families about newborn sleep safety several times in Roseville, CA at the Buy Buy Baby Roseville store near the Westfield Galleria at Roseville.
In addition to in-person speaking engagements, the primary focus of my practice has been to help families get the sleep they need by supporting them individually to sleep training their little ones. I have worked with families residing within the Greater Sacramento Area in North Sacramento and Citrus Heights, CA and in El Dorado Hills, CA in El Dorado County and Rocklin, CA in Placer County. My services are also accessible to families living further away because my virtual baby sleep support services are totally online.
Working with families in places like San Mateo, CA and in the nearby Solano County area, South Lake Tahoe, CA have been equally rewarding. I am able to communicate with them daily via texts, emails and phone calls. While Sacramento County families may prefer working with someone who lives close by, plenty of my families have received optimum results working with me while living in another state, or even another country.
I am certified and insured to work with clients worldwide. My unique credentials and skillset have been a huge strength for my Sacramento-based small business as we entered the new time of COVID-19 and social distancing protocols. Most recently, I have built a partnership with the Fit4Mom Village group in Placer County. Their organization creates communities for maternal support in any stage of motherhood and has welcomed my sleep consultation services in the form of virtual sleep seminars for their members. I plan to work with their sister groups in Amador County and Solano County as well soon. I am excited to see where my practice leads me next.
