Please provide your answer to the following sample question:
I have a 5 month old and I find the easiest way to get him to nap during the day is to stick him in a carrier. I've tried putting him in the crib drowsy awake but I end up spending an hour with him for ultimately a 15 min nap. He falls asleep easily in the carrier and will nap anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hrs. I do eventually want to transition him to naps in the crib. When should I be doing that and how do I get him to sleep better in his crib?
Why do you want to become a sleep consultant?
