How Waking Up Earlier Can Help You Fall Sleep Better – The Marilyn Denis Show

Wake Up Early Fall Asleep Better

On my latest Marilyn Denis Show segment I explained how waking up earlier can help you fall asleep better. Our natural circadian rhythms control when our body knows when to wake up and go to bed each night. There is such thing as being a natural early bird or night owl. These chronotypes are 50% due to genetics but it doesn’t mean that you can’t become an early riser and perhaps make some changes to start waking up early.

Watch Marilyn Denis Show Producer Davida’s journey as she spent a week waking up early and my tips on how you can become an earlier morning riser too.
