WEBINARS AND ONLINE MEETINGS
From time to time, Good Night Sleep Site, Inc. will host webinars, which are hosted through Zoom. If you elect to participate in a webinar, you will be required to submit personal information to register and login. You may also receive e-mail communications regarding reminders, recordings, and playback availability. All information submitted for your participation is stored by the software hosting the webinar. COURSE MATERIALS & RECORDINGS
(a) Those who sign up and pay for a consulting program that includes a recorded playback consents to recordings being made of emailed course content and the Program.
(b) Good Night Sleep Site, Inc. reserves the right to use, at its sole discretion, course materials, videos and audio recordings of courses, and materials submitted by Program Registrant in the context of the course(s) and the Program for future lecture, teaching, and marketing materials, and further other goods/services provided by Company, without compensation to the Program Registrant.
(c) Program Registrant consents to their name, voice, and likeness being used by Good Night Sleep Site, Inc. for future lecture, teaching, and marketing materials, and further other goods/services provided by Good Night Sleep Site, Inc., without compensation to the Program Registrant or need for further agreement by Good Night Sleep Site, Inc.
(d) Required information includes (i) name, (ii) e-mail address, (iii) phone number, and (iv) city, state, and province may be collected by third-party services, ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign, to collect contact information to distribute course material and information.
ONLINE CLIENT INTAKE FORMS
We collect your name, child’s name, street address, city, state, province, postal code, email address, and phone number in order to obtain the history and current sleep health, mental health, and physical health information of you or your child, in order to best provide services for you.
COOKIES
