6 Year Old Sleep Help

Good Night sleep TV with a certified sleep consultant

6 Year Old Sleep Help Please!

I was honoured to chat with Laura Berg, founder of My Smart Hands, about the sleep issues she was having with her 6-year old son. I often get requests for 6 year old sleep help as suddenly night issues can occur. Suddenly parents are getting frequent nightly visitors and your child wants to sleep in your bed, or your child needs you to lay with them until they fall asleep. It’s hard to determine if these wakings happening at night are fear based or behavioural and it can be even harder to figure out how to get your child to sleep through the night in their own room and in their own bed.

Laura asked me how to help her 6-year old sleep better and I was more than happy to share some sleep tips to get her family sleeping and feeling better.
