Tricia Cabral is a Brampton based Child Sleep Consultant, certified by the Family Sleep Institute. She studied Information Technology Management at Ryerson University and worked in IT Project management over the last decade. As a mother of two, she was challenged by her children’s sleep issues and recognized her passion for sleep. This is where she decided to solely change her focus from IT to all things sleep, embarking on a new career. She feels very strongly and passionate about sleep and helping others. Her daughter was not a great sleeper and after many attempts at sleep training, she was not successful. Eventually reaching out to a sleep consultant for help, she was able to feel confident in her approach. Establishing a healthy sleep routine, helped her daughter fall asleep independently and stay asleep! She recognized being sleep deprived had a major impact on her well-being. Her experiences with her children gave her the opportunity to find a way to improve her mental well being. She started to understand why sleep was so important for her family. It was a necessity for her to become the best version of herself. She would love the opportunity to help other families reach their sleep goals and find a balance. Making a difference in your family’s well being is extremely important to her.

Working with Tricia, she will help your family choose an approach you are most comfortable with, while focusing on your child’s needs. Establishing healthy sleep habits and using evidence- based techniques, will provide your family with the rest they need! She will work with you to develop a customized sleep plan, providing support and guidance along the way.

Tricia lives in Brampton, with her 2 children and husband. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, partaking in activities such as bike riding, hiking and sledding in the winter months all around Caledon, Orangeville and Mississauga. She loves to participate in weekly spinning classes and makes it a part of her routine. In her downtime, she catches up on her favourite TV shows while the kids are sleeping.
